Certification

Morning,

I have an AAS in HR. I want to be CP. I am wondering if anybody can share their experience with what program better prepares you for the exam and not sure if these programs I found (ABA approved) are meeting the eligibility requirements for the exam (two examples):

Hi Cecilia, 

Completion of an ABA-approved course of study meets the eligibility criteria to sit for the CP exam.  Before committing to a degree program, review the certification FAQs and the free practice exam demo.  If you think you can pass the exam with your existing knowledge and skills, you may just need a brush-up CLE/webinar or CP review course.

Hi, Cecilia -- I'm in Duncanville!  I'm taking the AAS in Paralegal Studies at El Centro & love it.  Since you're in Dallas County, you get in-district/in-state tuition rates -- roughly $100/hr these days.  They also have a lot of online classes, which are great if you're working during the day.  Whatever you do, just make sure it's ABA-approved - they have the highest pass rates.
