My name is Kathryn. I am a current M.S.W. student and legal studies B.S. degree holder who is looking to take her paralegal certification knowledge exam in July/August and the skills test in October. It has been about a year since I finished my bachelor's education, so I definitely need a brush-up, and knowledge from other individuals who are already working paralegals or current students would be incredible as well.

I was hoping to establish a 12-week summer study group starting at the beginning of May. If you are interested, please feel free to respond to this with your email, or reach out to me at kdolan2@gulls.salisbury.edu with the answers to the following questions:

I was hoping for a small group of no more than five people; we meet weekly depending on everyone's schedule, and we go through the recommended NALA book, practice questions, anything we may have trouble comprehending, etc. If you are interested, please see the following information!

1. I have been working as a legal assistant for a hotel franchisor (My Place Hotels of America) since February of 2025. Prior to this, I was working as a financial assistant for the same company.

2. I am available most evenings after 5:00p.m.

3. I am open to different study methods. I am hoping to be able to get clarification on certain items and bounce ideas off people with goals that are similar to mine.

4. I have finished reading "The Paralegal's Companion" and am currently rereading it to bulk up my knowledge.
