Description: This session goes beyond the hype to give legal professionals a practical look at how modern AI systems are actually being used in law firms today. We will cover the capabilities and limitations of current tools and the most important risks from an ethics standpoint. The focus is on real-world workflows: safeguarding confidentiality, supervising AI-assisted work, and navigating accuracy and citation pitfalls. Attendees will be provided with insights into what today’s AI can and cannot do, and how to deploy it responsibly.
