Hi Laura! It looks like you previously purchased the practice exam and the system is pulling that record. I will let our Education department know so we can get this corrected. Thank you for brining it to our attention. 

Can anyone advise on why it says my account doesn't exist when I try to log into the app with my NALA account login credentials? Is it because I started my membership today?

@Rebecca Wells Are you referring to the CP Practice App? We show you purchased the CP Practice Exam Preview, but that doesn't include the app. If you did purchase the CP Practice Exam please reach out to elearning@nala.org and we can get this resolved. Thank you!
