Hi. I am looking for any tips, guidelines, best practices from experienced PI paralegals for managing document packages for Experts we hire. We do have a system in place, but it is loggy, and I am needing ideas for streamlining it, if possible. We use Office 365 one drive for all document handling. We also use Clio, but I need to check with our admin on just what we have, but I think it is bare minimum. I appreciate any and all input. Thank you! Tami
I use a Word document chart that just details every time I send something. You could do the same thing in Excel.
I use an excel spreadsheet to track my experts and what I’ve sent.
